You must be fully moved out no later than midnight on the last day of the month.
If any items remain in your unit after this time, you will be charged for the next month’s rent in full.
We do not prorate rent for the final month.

Remove All Items From Your Unit

Please clear your unit completely.

Sweep the Floor

Use a broom to sweep out the unit.
The space should be left clean and free of debris.
No deep cleaning is needed — just a simple broom sweep.

Leave Your Unit Unlocked

Customers now purchase their own locks. Once you’ve removed your belongings and swept your unit, take your lock with you and leave the unit unlocked so we can complete the checkout inspection.

If you rented a unit before November 2025 and received a lock from us, please return that lock in the checkout envelope located at the front of the office to have your deposit refunded.
